Ingredients used in Chanaga pindi halwa
• Cashews - 15 numbers.
• Elaichi - 2-3 numbers.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Ghee - .
• Milk - 1 cup.
Method:
1.Heat ghee and add cashews roast till colour changes,and add besan. 2.After adding besan in ghee it should form semi liquid form or if required add more ghee.Roast till besan is golden brown and aroma exudes. 3Add milk to it and mix it.Mixture comes near.cook it for few minutes till raw ness leaves and add sugar,close the lid and after sugar dissolves.remove the flame and serve

chanagapindi halwa that i tried following your recipe left me the the most hardest halwa in the world. I donno what went wrong.
