- Take a bowl and add maize flour, wheat flour, 1 teaspoon oil, little salt, little water and make the hard dough.
- Roll the dough using rolling pin and cut it into diamond shapes.
- Take a fork and poke them.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the nachos to golden brown in colour, transfer it into paper towel.
- Heat butter in a pan and add all purpose flour, saute it.
- Add milk, pinch of salt, shiraz cheese, mozzarella cheese and boil it.
- Arrange nachos in a plate and sprinkle tomato, onions, sweet corns, bell pepper, then pour melted cheese.
Now the yummy cheese nachos are ready to serve.
