Ingredients used in CHEESE NACHOS
• Maize flour - 1/2 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Shiraz cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Sweet corns(chopped) - 1 number.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add maize flour, wheat flour, 1 teaspoon oil, little salt, little water and make the hard dough.
  • Roll the dough using rolling pin and cut it into diamond shapes.
  • Take a fork and poke them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the nachos to golden brown in colour, transfer it into paper towel.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add all purpose flour, saute it.
  • Add milk, pinch of salt, shiraz cheese, mozzarella cheese and boil it.
  • Arrange nachos in a plate and sprinkle tomato, onions, sweet corns, bell pepper, then pour melted cheese.

Now the yummy cheese nachos are ready to serve.
