Ingredients used in CHICKEN CAPSICUM FRY
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Corriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato - 1 no.
• Cashewnuts - 2 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 (1/2) cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red bell pepper - 1 no.
• Onions - 2 no.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 2 no.
• Cloves - 2 no.
• Bay leaf - 1 no.
• Biryani flower - 1 no.
• Maize - 1 no.
• Cinnamon - 1 small.
Method:
  • Take chicken in a bowl and wash it.To that add turmeric Powder, curd,chilli Powderand salt and marinate it for 20minutes.
  • Chop the onions, capsicum in to medium cubes and tomato in to slices. Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala and to that fry the cashew nuts and now add onions till translucent.
  • To that add ginger garlic Paste and next add tomatoes and red bell pepper and let that fry in slow flame.
  • After frying this add the marination and to that add corriander Powder, cumin Powder, garam masala and pour little water.Let them fry on a slow flame and finally garnish with corriander.
