Chicken Liver Double Masala Curry

Ingredients used in Chicken Liver Double Masala Curry
• Chicken liver - 250 grams.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Brown onion - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 spring.
• Red chilies - 2-3 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Slightly dry roast coconut powder then grind to a fine paste by adding brown onion and water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, salt and saute it.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chopped curry leaves, red chilies and cook it for few minutes.
  • To it, even add liver pieces, ground coconut and onion paste and cook it.
  • Later even add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and cook it.
  • When gravy thickens, serve it with rice.
