- Boil chicken in water until it is soft and remove water and transfer into a bowl and mash it like as shown in video.
- Add carom seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix nicely.
- To it add rice flour, chickpea flour, slightly hot oil and mix nicely.
- Add water and make a slightly stiff dough.
- Take small dumpling and place it in murukku press and press it in hot oil.
- Once it fried and crispy transfer into paper towel.
Now chicken murukku is ready to serve.
