Ingredients used in Chilli Garlic Chicken Biryani
• Soaked red chilies - 5 number.
• Garlic - 5 number.
• Baby onions - 5 number.
• Cashew nuts - 5 number.
• Chicken - 1/2 kg.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Basmathi rice - 2 cups.
• Whole garam masala - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Brown onions - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Blend soaked red chilies, garlic, baby onions, cashew nuts andgrind to a fine paste. Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add the prepared paste, mix well and rest it. Take a pan, add water, salt, oil, basmati rice, and cooktill it is 90% done. Now heat oil a freshpan, add whole garam masala spices, turmeric powder, mint leaves, marinated chicken, curd andsaute well. Transfer the cooked rice, brown onions, lemon juice and cookfor about 10 minutes. *Hot and spicy Chilli Garlic Chicken Biryani is now ready to serve.*
