Chilli Pakoras
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Flour
Servings : 0 persons
Published date : November 05, 2016

Ingredients used in Chilli Pakoras
• Chili powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Gram flour - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilies( preferably fat variety) - 10 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients with sufficient amount of water and except chilies and keep it aside. Slit each chili and remove the seeds inside. Dip the chilies in the mixture and deep fry in small batches. Serving suggestion: Cut a couple of onions finely. Slit the fried pakoras and stuff the onion inside and squeeze some lime juice over them. Serving suggestion 2: For less hot pakoras cut the fried pakoras into 2-3 pieces and deep fry them again. They are crispy and delicious. You can make the pakoras the same way with onions or potatoes instead of chillies.
