Ingredients used in CHOCO PISTA COOKIES
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Sugar - 35 grams.
• All purpose flour - 125 grams.
• Coco powder - 25 grams.
• Pistachio(finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take butter, sugar in a bowl and mix well to make a cream. Now add all purpose flour, coco powder and mix it again. Add pistachio and bring it together to make like a dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin with the help of dusting flour. With a palate knife bring the edges together and sprinkle some pistachio on it and roll it. Cut the edges and cut into nice shaped cookies. Very slowly and carefully arrange them on the baking tray and bake them at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After baking enjoy these yummy cookies.
