Ingredients used in CHOCOLATE PIE
• Butter - 20 grams.
• Castor sugar - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• All purpose flour - 40 grams.
• Milk - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
• Chocolate - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add butter, caster sugar, salt and mix it, later add all purpose flour, little milk and mix to make soft dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll dough and place into star mould and remove excess dough.
  • Do docking with fork and fill the mould with beans. Bake it 180 degree for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take an pan and add fresh cream, chocolate and switch off flame and mix nicely.
  • Demould pie and and pour the chocolate mixture and garnish with whipping cream from star nozzle.

Now chocolate pie is ready to serve.
