Ingredients used in Christmas Fruit Cake
• baking pdr 1 Teaspoons.
• dry fruits mix nuts 300 Grams.
• sugar 300 Grams.
• butter 300 Grams.
• eggs 300 Grams.
• flour 300 Grams.
• rum 1/2 Cup.
• spice pdr ( cinamon,cloves,cardamom) pinch 0.
How to make the recipe:
In a bowl add butter mix well then sugar mix well then add eggs mix well and keep a side.
in another bowl add flour, baking powder, spice powder mix well add this mixture to egg and sugar mixture and mix well then add all the dry fruits.
pour this mixture in a cake bowl grease with butter and flour. baking 325 f for 45 min , or more time depending on the size ,depth of the cake make sure to check if the cake is done by inserting a knife edge ,
