Ingredients used in COCONUT CURRY
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Channa dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Roasted dal or split dal - half cup.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Grind coconut, green chillies, split dal.
  • Heat oil, add mustard, channa dal, urad and curry leaves.
  • Add onions, tomatoes and fry.
  • Add the paste and water and salt. bring it to boil.
