1.Fry ground nuts till the color changes to Reddish brown and keep a side
2.Clean the Coriander and cut them into medium pieces.
3. Take a pan, let it heat add one spoon of oil fry the coriander leaves and Green chilli
4.Take a small mix jar, add fried coriander , Green chilli , fried ground nuts, Add tamarind pulp and slat grind them to paste add water if required while grinding. Chuntney is ready.
5. Now for seasoning take a pan , add oil let it heat add cumin , mustard seeds, Asfoetida, Curry leaves and Red chilli , add this to coriander ground chutney
6.Taste good with Rice as well chapathi.
