Ingredients used in coriander rice
• Tamarind - .
• Gingergarlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Grated coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Salt - .
• Boiled rice - 2 cup.
Method:
First grind coriander leaves ,green chillies with tamarind water. now ina hot pan add oil add jerra when it splutters add chopped onions till golden brown now add turmeric add ginger garlic paste when it lives raw flavour add grinded mixtures cook till it leaves raw flavour now add boiled rice mix well after 10 mins add grated coconut now cook for another 10 mins ur dish is ready.

hi, i tried this recipe...its an instant & light recipe. doesnt makes you feel heavy.try it whenever you feel to eat light food.
