Ingredients used in cranberry dal
• Curry leaves - .
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Green chilis - 4 numbers.
• Cranbeberrys - 3/4 cup.
• Toor dal - 1 cup.
• Hing - pinch.
• Veg oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - according to your taste .
Method:
boil toor dal with 2 cup of water and green chillis.then add chilli powder.turmeric , cranberrys,salt and 1/2 cup water let it boil until cranberry become soft(its takes 5 to 10 min)then mast those cranberry with the stirrer.now for seasoning.heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,hing ,curry leavesand cumin .let them splutter.now add the dal to the saesoning.our cranberry dal is ready
