CREAMY STICKY RICE WITH MANGO

Ingredients used in CREAMY STICKY RICE WITH MANGO
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Coconut milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Kewra water - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh coconut - 1 cup.
• Mango dices - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In mashy cooked rice add salt, coconut milk, coconut oil, kewra water then switch off the flame and mix it nicely.
  • Then add sugar and mix it.
  • Transfer into a plate and place it in refrigerator.
  • After few minutes take out the plate then add grated coconut and mix it.
  • Transfer mango dices into a serving bowl then place rice mixture on top of it.
  • Then add coconut milk on top of it.
  • Then again place mango dices on top of the coconut milk.
  • Again place the rice mixture on top of mango dices.
  • Cook the sugar in a pan till it reach a golden in color.
  • Then stir it to cool it down till it feel like a thick jam.
  • Using with fork spin the sugar like a thin threads
  • Then place these threads on top of the rice mixture.

Now Creamy sticky mango rice is ready.
