- Take almonds in a blender, grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of water.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onions, saute till onions turn slightly transparent, add shahi jeera, almond paste, cook well by adding required amount of water and curd.
- Now add cumin powder, pepper powder, chopped bottle gourd pieces, and cook with closed lid for about 5 minutes, add chopped cucumber pieces, mint leaves and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the fried lotus seeds, toss well and turn off the flame.
