Ingredients used in DATES PUDDING
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Dates pieces - 1 cup.
• Bread - 1 slice.
Method:
Take a bowl and beat one egg add sugar, vanilla essence, nutmeg, milk, butter, date pieces and mix nicely. Grease butter to ramekins and arrange bread pieces at the bottom and pour the egg mixture on top. Place into oven and bake at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and once it is done and puffed up. Now dates pudding is ready to serve.
