Ingredients used in dry fruit laddu
• Pistas - 50 grams.
• Almond - 100 grams.
• Cashewnuts - 50 grams.
• Sugar - 300 grams.
• Ghee - 200 grams.
• Coconut powder - 100 grams.
• Wheat flour - 125 grams.
• Raisin - 50 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Gond - 100 grams.
In a vessele heat ghee and fry gond. Roast wheat flour in 100gm gheeon medium low flame,stirring continously to get nice golden colour. Add coconut powder and crushed dry fruit. mix well. Add remaining gheeamp;cardamom powder. Add sugar,mix well and let it cool. Now make your laddus.
