Ingredients used in dryfruit cake
• Mix dryfruit(raisin,almond,tutifruti cashew etc.) - 150 grams.
• Lime juce - 1 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 2.5 cup.
• Butter - 2.5 cup.
• Egg - 4 .
• Refined flour(maida) - 300 grams.
• Sugar cairemal - 4 teaspoons.
• Vanilla essence - 1.5 teaspoons.
• Pineapple essence - 1.5 teaspoons.
Method:
Roughly chop dryfruit.Wash and dry raisen. Mix flour with baking powder. Take a mixing bowl , beat buter and sugar. Add flour and egg yoke, mix well. Beat egg white. Add cairemal in mixture, mix well. Mix coco powder in warm water, let it cool . Add dryfruit,lime juiceamp;coco powder in mixture,mix well. Mix egg white amp; essence in mixture,mix well. pour into prepared cake tin and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree c for 45minutes. Test by inserting a knife,it should come out clean. Remove from oven and let cool in tin before turning out.
