Ingredients used in DUMPLINGS
• Little potato mashed - small quantity .
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Yeast - 1 tablespoons.
• White flour - 1 and 1/2 (half) cup.
• Milk powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
- Firstly mix the 1 table spoon of yeast in hot water . - then put the above ingridients in plastic bowl and mix these all as well as the yeast in the water with warm water ,and leave the dough aside for half an hour. after an hour, add 2 table spoon o
