EASY COCONUT LADOO

Ingredients used in EASY COCONUT LADOO
• Coconut - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cashews - 4 numbers.
• Badam - 4 numbers.
• Elachi powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk(optional) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take tawa add ghee and add finely grated coconut and mix it well.
  • Keep on stirring it in a slow flame till the mixture come light transparent color.
  • Now add sugar keep stirring until it melts.after melting add dry fruit powder and mix it well and make small ladoos.
