Ingredients used in EGG LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Baking soda - half tea spoon.
• Baking powder - half tea spoon.
• Vanilla essence - half tea spoon.
• Oil [optional] - 3 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
First take a cup of sugar, cup of milk in a bowl and mix untill the sugar dissolves in it.take 1 cup all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix it well. Take vanilla extract and oil and mix it again.add lemon juice after mixing which reacts with baking soda and mix it again. now take another microwave safe dish. cover it with wax paper at bottom and oil at the sides. Now pour the mixture which you have made into it.now tap the dish on the flour. Now put the dish in microwave oven for 5 minutes. now rest it for 5 min again.cut on its sides by using knife. now flip the dish on to a plate and remove the dish which is there on the cake. Remove the wax paper present on it. now enjoy your chocolate cake
