- Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast it.
- Add curdle milk, cardamom powder, sugar and saute it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- If it form a single lump switch off flame and transfer into a bowl.
- Make small balls and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix nicely to make a batter.
- Now dip balls in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour and transfer into paper towel.
Now Crispy Ginnu Boorelu are ready to serve.
