Ingredients used in Egg Paratha
• Wheat flour - .
• Corindar - .
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 Table Spoon tablespoons.
• Salt to taste - .
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 Table spoon tablespoons.
Step 1. Boil Eggs for 10- 15 mins and peel them. Step 2. Add carom seeds to wheat flour and make a dough. Keep this dough aside for 15- 20 mins. Step 3. Now Grate boiled eggs . Step 4. Add Salt to taste - black Pepper Powder and Corindar to grated eggs. Step 5. Put the tava on gas Step 5. Now take a small wheat dough and make a circle chapatti. Make this chapatti of bigger size so that once stuff is filled we cannot roll much. Put the egg stuff in center square shape and fold the paratha from all 4 sides . Step 6. Just roll it from all sides and put it for cooking on Tava. Step 7. cook from both sides and apply oil And your Egg Paratha is ready to serve and ear
