Ingredients used in Five min chocolate custard
• Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
• Half and half - 2 cup.
• Custard powder (plain) - 3 tablespoons.
• Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Nesquick chocolate syrup - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
1. Add half and half and sugar in a microvavable bowl 2. Whisq in cocoa powder 3. whisq in chocoa syrup 4. Heat this mixture in microvave for 3 mins till warm ( depnds on the microvawe do not leave unattended). 5. Add the custard powder and whisq in making sure no lumps are there 6. Microwave it till the mixture is thick like custard Optional: Add chopped walnuts and mix, chill and serve with cool whip on top.
