Ingredients used in Fried Icecream
• Cashew nuts - 5 no.
• Bread crumbs - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 cup.
• Ice cream (any flavour) - 1 ( loaf ) no.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Scoop the Ice cream and Refrigrate at high. Make batter of Cornflour and Salt. Spread the Bread Crumbs in a plate. Dip the scoops in batter and Roll it in Crumbs and refrigrate again. In hot pan, add sugar and sprinkle some water. When sugar melts, add crushed cashews to it. Deep fry the scoops till golden brown and garnish with cashews.
