RAW PAPAYA HALWA

Ingredients used in RAW PAPAYA HALWA
• Ghee - 3 teaspoons.
• Raw papaya - 1 number.
• Milk - 1-1/2 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Cashew nuts - 8-10 numbers.
• Raisins - 8-10 numbers.
• Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoons.
• Almonds - 5 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add grated raw papaya saute it, cook it for 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
  • Add milk and cook it.
  • Boil jaggery with little water in a pan until we get one string consistency, later add to papaya mixture and cook it.
  • Heat ghee in another pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, almonds and saute it, transfer into papaya mixture and cook for 2 minutes, until it become thick.

Now raw papaya halwa is ready to serve.
