Ingredients used in Ghee Mysore Pak
• Besan flour/ chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Ghee - 2 cup.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Fry besan flour in 2 spoons of ghee till good smell comes.
  • In a pan, add little water to sugar andmake a thick syrup by continuously stirring.
  • Add besan flour and mix it well.
  • Then add ghee and stir continuously. When ghee separates, pour on a ghee covered plate, cut into rectangular pieces and cover it with the other plate, so bubble marks will be less on mysore pak.
