1. Fry besan flour in 2 spoon of ghee til good smell comes
2. In a pan add little water to sugar n make thick syrrup and stir.
3. Add besan flour and mix it well.
4 .Add ghee and stir continuously.
When ghee separates, pour on a ghee covered plate, cut into rectangular pieces and cover it with the other plate, so bubble marks will be less on mysore pak.
