Ingredients used in ginger snaps
• Molasses - 1/4 cup .
• Egg - 1 .
• Sugar 1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup brown - 1 cup .
• Salt - 1/2 tsp .
• Margarine - 3/4 cup .
• Baking powder - 2 tsp .
• Cinnamon - 1 tsp .
• Ginger powder - 1 table spoon teaspoons.
• Maida - 2 cups cup.
Method:

sift together three times : flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt set aside. cream margarine. add sugar gradually. beat in egg and molasses. add sifted dry ingredients gradually. chill for at least an hour. make walnut sized balls and roll in granulated sugar. bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes tops should be rounded and light brown.
