Ingredients used in Goduma Ravva Payasam
• Almonds - 10 numbers.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Cashews - 10 numbers.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Coconut - 1 numbers.
• Goduma ravva - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:
Grate coconut and extract coconut milk.In a pan heat a tbsp of ghee fry all the dry fruits and keep aside.In the same pan slightly roast the ravva,now pour 2 cups of water and let it cook until ravva is soft.Add jaggery and cook until done.Add the extracted coconut milk,cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.you can adjust the consistency of the sweet,thick or watery,by adding more coconut milk.Now add the leftover ghee and cook for more 2 mts.Finally garnish with the fried dry fruits. This sweet can be served both hot and refrigerated.
