GRILLED PRAWN WITH TOMATO ALMOND GRAVY

Ingredients used in GRILLED PRAWN WITH TOMATO ALMOND GRAVY
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chopped garlic - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper corns - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Prawn - 8 numbers.
• Chopped onions - 1 number.
• Butter - 3 cubes.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Roasted almond powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Dry besil - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pestle add mustard seeds, peppercorns, chopped garlic, oil, salt, dry basil, crush it like a fine paste and marinate the prawns for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a pan add butter heatit and add heads of prawns cook for 3 to 4 minutes, take the heads and keep it aside.
  • In the same butter add chopped garlic, onions, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder, add blanched and chopped tomatoes, add water, salt, and sugar, cook for 3 minutes, and add roasted almond powder and switched off the flame.
  • Grill the prawns on a griller and serve it along the prepared sauce.
