Ingredients used in Ground Turkey Balls
• Ground turkey - 1 lbs.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Dhaniya powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tomato paste - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Sliced onion - 1 small.
• Coriender leaves chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Lemon - 1 slice.
Method:
In the ground Turkey mix all the above ingreadents except for the black pepper and tomato paste. Make medium size balls with your hands. Put some oil in a pan and add the balls. Fry them turning ocassionally till they are done on medium heat and then add the tomato paste and 1/2 cup water.Turn all the balls so that the tomato paste sticks to them. Turn the heat down and add black pepper. Turn the heat off after few min . Put some thinly sliced onions and chopped corinder on the topsquees the lemon and serve .
