Ingredients used in Gulab Kheer
• Rose Water 2-3 Tablespoons.
• Almond, Pistacheos, Raisins handful Slice.
• Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup.
• Sugar 1/3 Cup.
• Condensed Milk 1 Can.
• Milk 4 Cup.
• Dry Rose Petals 1 Teaspoons.
How to make the recipe:
Boil milk, condensed milk, sugar. Add sooji and stir well to avoid lumps on low heat. Add half of nuts and dry rose petals. Take off from gas and add rose water. Mix well. Garnish with leftover nuts and dry rose petals. Serve chilled.
