- Take powdered Horlicks oats in a bowl, add rice flour, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt (to taste), water and stirit to a thick batter.
- Now marinate chicken pieces with the prepared batter and keep aside.
- Prepare a mixture of Horlicks oats, salt, chili powder and keep aside.
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces with prepared Horlicks oats mixture on both sides, deep fry them in hot oil and transfer to a serving plate.
Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is now ready to serve.
