Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Spring Onion Mutties
• Horlicks oats powder - 1/2 cup.
• Green chickpeas/batani (coarsely ground) - 2/3 cup.
• Spring onion (finely chopped) - 2-3 bunch.
• Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2 number.
• Salt - as required.
• Peanut(coarsely ground) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Fennel seed powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Yogurt/curd - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take coarselygrounded green chickpeas in a bowl, add finely chopped spring onions, green chilies, salt (to taste) and mix well.
  • Now addcoarselygrounded peanuts, sesame seeds,give it a good mix, add fennel seeds powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar, a teaspoon of yogurt, powdered Horlicks oats along with baking powder (optional) and prepare a good mixture.
  • Make small dumplings of the mixture and deep fry in hot oil.

Hot and Delicious Horlicks Oats Spring Onion Mutties are now ready to serve.
