Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Sprouts Greens Nuts Fruits
• Horlicks oats - 1 0.
• Cowpea - 1 cup.
• Alpha alpha - 1 cup.
• Peanuts - 1 cup.
• Moong dal - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1/3 cup.
• Bell pepper/capsicum (yellow, red, green) - 1 cup.
• Spinach (finely chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak grains of your choice along with peanuts and boil them.
  • Now add chopped onions, garlic, carrot and bring thisto boil
  • Then add chopped bell pepper(red, yellow, green) alongwith spinach, give it a mix and cook well by adding oats.
  • Sprinkle crushed pepper powder, give it a mix and serve hot.
