Ingredients used in Indian spicy pancakes
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Cumming seeds - 50 grams.
• Ata or all purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder or pepper - 1 to taste.
• Curd - 2 tablespoons.
• Hot water - 1 cup.
mix ata or all purpose flour , cumming seeds,salt,redi chilli powder if u want ,else add bit of pepper powder then add curd to this mix and add hot water. using blunder mix this appropriately untill u get it like dosa mis.heat the Non-stick pan (must) add little bit of oil and spread this mix like dosa. your Indian little bit crispy ( cause of oil added ) is ready. serve hot with curd mixed with any pickle. u can make these pancakes sweet too. replace salt, pepper or chilli powder with sugar for that.
