Instant Tomato Dosa
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Tomatoes

Published date : November 29, 2016

Ingredients used in Instant Tomato Dosa
• Green chilli / red chilli - to taste.
• Tomato - 4 numbers.
• Urad flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 4 cup.
• Curd - 1 cup.
Method:
1. Mix both the flours with salt. Then add the curd and add water to make it a fine consistencey just like regular dosa batter. Keep it aside for 30 min. 2. Grind tomatoes with chillis. 3. Mix the grinded tomato with the batter just before making dosas. Check the salt. If needed you can add more at this point. 4. Make dosas and enjoy. I have done this tomato dosa with regular dosa batter and through this quick instant flour mixing batter. Both tastes exactly the same.
