Ingredients used in Jilebi
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Sugar syrup: Heat i cup sugar and 1 cup water Soak urad dal for 1/2hour and grind it into a thin soft paste. Pour this paste in a plastic cover and make a small hole as it botton corner. Heat oil in a fry pan and squeeze the paste into the oil in the form of tubes and fry it cooked. Remove from the oil and drop into sugar syrup for 2 minutes.
