Ingredients used in Vegetable Juice Healthy Roti
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Bitter gourd (roundels) - 1 cup.
• Amaranth leaves - 1 bunch.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ajwain - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Blend chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cucumber, bitter gourd, amaranth leaves along with water to fine paste.
  • Now strain the ground paste and extract the juice and peel separately.
  • Then season the extract of peel with red chili powder, salt, ajwain, cumin powder, mix it.
  • Later add wheat flour accordingly and make it into a stiff dough.
  • After that divide the dough into small roundels and roll it into small rotis.
  • At last, roast on both sides by applying oil and serve it hot with spicy pickle.
