Ingredients used in Junnu
• Cardamam powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Black pepper - 1 teaspoons.
• Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup.
• Whole milk - 1 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Nutmeg - small pinch.
Method:
1) Beat the eggs thoroughly 2) Add Condensed milk and whole milk to the eggs and mix them well 3) Transfer the mix into bowl then add (sprinkle) cardamom powder and crushed black pepper to the above contents. 4) place the bowl in a pressure cooker which has little water. 5) cook until 30 to 40 min in a low flame without whistle on the pressure cooker. Note: Aknife should come out clean if you inserted into the cooked junnu.
