KAKARAKAYA TOMATO CURRY

Ingredients used in KAKARAKAYA TOMATO CURRY
• Bitter gourd(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Tomato(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Onion(slices) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 50 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and saute it. 2.To it add bitter gourd pieces and saute it. 3. Now add tomato pieces and fry it. 4. Add salt, red chilly powder, sugar and fry it. 5. Now the curry is ready to serve with chapatti or rice.
