Ingredients used in Kali Mirch Paneer
• Baby onions - 6 number.
• Almonds - 6 number.
• Water - as required.
• Kasoori methi - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Caraway seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry mango powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 4 number.
• Panner (cubes) - 8 number.
• Crushed pepper - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a blender, add baby onions, almonds, grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of waterand keep aside.
  • Dry roast kasoorimethi, grind to a fine powder and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add caraway seeds, prepared baby onions paste, toss it,cook for 2 minutes, add dry mango powder, ginger powder, fennel powder and cook for 10 minutes with closed lid.
  • Now, add the powdered kasoori methi, chopped green chilies, paneer cubes, saute well, add crushed pepper powder and cookfor2 more minutes.

Spicy and delicious Kali Mirch Paneer is now ready to serve.
