Ingredients used in KHEEMA MUTTILU
• Channa dal - 150 grams.
• Kheema(chicken or mutton) - 500 grams.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chili paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add channa dal, kheema, water then cook it. 2. Now transfer it into a mixie jar blend it coarsely and keep aside. 3. Add coriander leaves, green chilly paste, salt and mix thoroughly keep it aside for 15 mins. 4. Take small dumplings to make small round balls. 5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls. 6. Now the hot and spicy kheema balls are ready.
