Ingredients used in kheema puffs
• Garlic ginger paste. - 1/2 tsp teaspoons.
• Onion 1-2,turmeri powder,chillipowder,corriander powder - 1tsp teaspoons.
• Corriander 1 bunch.garam masala - 1/2 tsp teaspoons.
• Grounded lamb or chicken - 1/4 pound.
• Puff pastries - 5 slice.
• Salt as per taste - 12 teaspoons.
Method:
pressure cook ground meat adding salt and turmeric , then add chilli pd, corriander pd, garam masala, garlic ginger paste.pressure cook it until meat is cooked properly.if necessary add 1/2 cup of water to it. remove lid see that entire water is drained. now add chopped onions and chopped cilantro.cook it on a low frame till the onion becomes little soft. spread this in a plate .keep aside . now take one pastry cut ii into two halfs. which ever shape you like give that shape. take 1 1/2 tsp of this mixture and fill this into pastry. now slightly brush the pastry with egg white.pre heat oven. take baking sheet ,place foil sheet spay little oil to it. place this pastries in it and bake it for 350 degree f heat for 10-15 min. keep turning it for every 5 mins. kheema puffs are ready to serve with sauce.

You are showing in oven but if oven is not there means how to cook this or any item of oven
