Ingredients used in KHIMA KABAB
• Garam masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped onion - 1 small.
• Ginger garlic and green chilli paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Yogurt - 5 tablespoons.
• Ground chicken - 1000 grams.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Mix all the ingredient above and make the marination and add it to the chicken. Keep it aside for atleast an hour. Now make little balls in oval shape and saute it in some oil for 10-15 minutes. Then trasnfer it to the oven and bake it for 20 minutes on 400d. Vallah delicious kababs are ready to eat. Serve it with Green chutney.
