Kwarezimal - Traditional Maltese Biscuits

Ingredients used in Kwarezimal - Traditional Maltese Biscuits
• Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Orange blossom water - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Egg white - 5 large.
• Fine sugar - 200 grams.
• Chopped hazelnuts - 100 grams.
• Ground almonds - 400 grams.
• Cinnamon - 1 teaspoons.
• Honey - as needed bottle.
• Grated rind of 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 tangerine - 1 numbers.
Method:
Combine the ground almonds, the chopped hazelnuts, the sugar, the cocoa powder, the cinnamon and mix. When the ingredients are mixed, add the orange blossom water. Add the egg whites mixture slowly and while continuing to mix. When you get a soft dough, roll into logs and flatten them slightly. Bake for about 8 minutes in an temperature of 160 C (320 F) They should be soft from inside and crunchy from outside. While still hot drizzle with some honey and for decoration
