Ingredients used in Laapasi
• Raisins - 6-7 piece.
• Cardamom pdr - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Unsalted butter/ ghee - 5-6 tablespoons.
• Sliced almonds - 6-7 piece.
• Cracked wheat - 1 cup.
Method:

1. First heat the butter/ ghee. add raisins and cracked wheat. 2. Keep it steering until raisins puff up like ballons and cracked wheat turns to slightly red colour.. 3. Add water and pressure cook it like rice.. 4. Add sugar and keep it steering until moisture evaporates. 5. Now Laapasi is ready. Garnish it wirh cardamom pdr and sliced almonds. 6. Serve hot.

In this recipe the quantity of butter/ ghee is 5-6 tbsp, not 5-6 grams..it was typing mistake.
