Ingredients used in LOBIA FRY 1
• Lobia - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic cloves(crushed) - 4 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Onion (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Lime juice - 2 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Soak the lobia overnight and cook this in a pressure cooker by adding salt till it is 90% done. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves, green chili, onion slices, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder cook the onions till it gets brown in color. Add boiled lobia and squeeze some lime juice mix it well. Serve this with juice.
