Ingredients used in LOBIA FRY 1
• Lobia - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic cloves(crushed) - 4 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Onion (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Lime juice - 2 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Soak the lobia overnight and cook this in a pressure cooker by adding salt till it is 90% done.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves, green chili, onion slices, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder cook the onions till it gets brown in color.
  • Add boiled lobia and squeeze some lime juice mix it well.

Serve this with juice.
